2011 Infiniti M

Forget the spy shots I posted earlier this week. Edmund’s Inside Line has got ahold of live shots of the upcoming 2011 Infiniti M56 and M37.

The M56 is set to pack a 5.6-liter V8 producing more than 400 HP with a sport package. The M37 will probably get 325 HP from a 3.7-liter V6. Inside, the interiors look more lush and fluid than the present generation. The navigation system is also upgraded to include a higher resolution display.

Details about the car are still sparse but go through the photos and you’ll get a sense that Infiniti’s taking the luxury market seriously. Dare I say Infiniti is shoving it to Lexus.

The M56 Sport is black with a light interior. The M37x is dark gray with a dark interior.

    yes its bloated. but why does it look so similar to the maxima? infiniti and nissan have made very good designs lately but the new M looks very much like a bloated G and Maxima.

    infiniti is really creating a coherent brand design, the grille could be better. they need to stamp out those new fx style design genes
