The 2010 Nissan GT-R has reportedly shed two seconds off its last Nurburgring lap time to hit a very impressive 7:26.7. That’s a mere four-tenths of a second slower than Corvette’s ZR1.

Because it’s an unofficial number, I’d wait a week or two before rubbing it in Porsche’s face. Their 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 went around in 7:40.0.
