Infiniti is trying real hard to establish itself in the European market given the upper hand brands like Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz have in their home court. The car maker, in an attempt to show buyers just how premium Infiniti is, has teamed up with luxury products maker Louis Vuitton to unveil an all-new concept at the upcoming Geneva Auto Show.

So far all we know about the concept is that it’ll be named Essense and that Louis Vuitton made a special matching luggage set. Today they’ve blessed us with a picture of what appears to be the car’s C-pillar (?). Yay.

ROLLE, Switzerland (February 17 2009) – Infiniti will show visitors to the 2009 International Geneva Motor Show the essence of its brand in one dramatic concept car. A celebration of Infiniti and its 20 years history as a creator of performance cars, the powerful concept will also be an inspiring exploration into the brand’s future.

Produced in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, the Infiniti Essence will be revealed on March 3, 2009.
