Instead of hiring an artist to put together a drawing of a man wanted for a hit and run, police in Kanagawa prefecture went to their Wii’s Mii feature. Judging by the cartoon caricature the young offender has long brown hair and sunglasses. He also has sunken cheeks. [The Telegraph]
