2010 Mazda3 MazdaSpeed on the way to Geneva

We’ve seen the Mazda3 Sedan and we’ve seen the Mazda3 Hatchback and now Mazda’s going to show us the sporty MazdaSpeed model at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
The latest Mazda3 MazdaSpeed (MPS) has just been captured testing in unimpressive camoflauge but details are already starting to leak. Snitches have reported that there will be two MPS variants of the car: a 2.3L turbocharged engine for Europe and a 2.5L engine. The expected output for both engines is said to be 268-HP but I remember hearing it could go as high as 280-HP. As for an AWD variant… dont count on it.
Aesthetically the tuned Mazda3 gets a large hood scoop for the turbo, extra large air-intakes in the front bumper, a rear diffuser, large-diameter twin-exhaust pipes, and a chunky rear wing. [MotorAuthority via Jalopnik.com]

I always thought that Mazda had some of the best designs as a whole & their low sales, especially the 6, amazes me.
I wonder if Honda will finally put a turbo or something in the next Civic Si as everyone from Mazda to Mitsubishi is starting to bypass them in terms of performance/power.
